It also contains Carotolino, a blend of carrot root extract, carrot seed oil and B-carotene, that is proven to effectively shield against blue light, reducing its effect on the skin. How To Use: Apply directly to desired areas, onto imperfection or under eye area. Pat gently with fingertips, or a latex sponge/ concealer brush. Can be applied to eyelids as well. Use also as an illuminator for the eye contour, lip and around the nose areas.
